Director of Speed, Strength & Agility
Blake played his high school baseball at Coal City where is one of the schools most decorated three sport athletes ever.
He is also a Rhino alumni and started his college career at Heartland CC. After Heartland he finished at Mount Mercy University where he found himself in the record books finishing top 15 in school history in strikeouts per game.
Blake graduated with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and working toward his Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certificate.
Once his playing career was over, he was the assistant pitching coach and strength and conditioning coach for Mount Mercy University.
He also was the pitching coach and strength and conditioning coach at Iowa City High School which took 3rd in state while he was there.
